Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’d be required to show proof of purchase.

Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (i.e. special orders or personalized items)
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items and we do not redeem gift cards for cash. Gift certificates are redeemable in products only.
Shipping Policy

Now you can get free delivery on orders of $75 and over.
Orders are processed within 24hrs of receiving payment.
Estimate shipping times:
Urban areas estimate 2-3 business days
Rural areas and Tobago 3-5 business days
Delivery time estimates may vary depending on factors like weather, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances.
We also use the courier service provided by Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST)
Delivery with TTPOST may take 1- 2 business days after processing and up to 5 business days for rural areas.
Once your order is processed and sent to TTPOST for delivery a confirmation email will be sent quoting your tracking number
